[Hiring] Managed Services / Bus Apps Operations Lead @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

The Managed Services / Bus Apps Operations Lead will be responsible for:

• Defining scalable architecture and implementation strategies to improve deployment timelines and operational efficiency.
• Driving innovation initiatives including AI-enabled use cases to enhance platform value.
• Providing expertise for core Corporate platforms supporting Legal, Finance, and Training functions.
• Managing a portfolio of life sciences clients across oncology, neuroscience, and rare disease areas.
• Overseeing managed services delivery including ticketing workflows, SLAs, and support models using tools like Jira.
• Partnering with leadership to scope opportunities, estimate budgets, and develop Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Ensuring GxP validation compliance including requirements documentation, traceability matrices, UAT, PQ, and system testing.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise across Veeva Vault ecosystem (Commercial, Quality, and R&D modules).
• Strong GxP validation and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Proven cross-functional and global delivery team leadership.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Managed services delivery and SLA management.
• Client engagement and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• Veeva Vault System Administrator Certification (preferred).
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira) and enterprise platforms (Coupa, Agiloft, Salesforce CRM, NetSuite).
• Exposure to AI/GenAI use cases in life sciences or commercial operations.
• Background in client relationship management and business development.
