Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US Citizen Licensed Health & Life Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in quoting and policy servicing, with a strong understanding of insurance products and customer service best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quoting
  • Build complete and correct quotes across carriers
  • Ensure coverage, limits, and deductibles align with client needs and prior policies
  • Navigate carrier systems efficiently and produce quotes within expected timeframes
• Policy Servicing
  • Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and rewrites correctly
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation in the system
  • Identify and flag any coverage gaps or inconsistencies

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen (Mandatory)
• Active US Insurance Health & Life License (required)
• 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
• Proven knowledge of Health & Life insurance
• Knowledge of quoting processes and policy servicing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
