[Hiring] Lean Leader @GE Vernova

Role Description

This role is lean manufacturing capability leader to build capability across GE Vernova teams by supporting hands-on improvement efforts, training, and coaching. This role will work closely with site leaders, operators, and cross-functional teams to strengthen practices and help teams solve problems, improve performance, and build sustainable ways of working.

This role is focused primarily on learning, training, and development in manufacturing environments, with strong emphasis on practical application of lean tools such as:

• Value Stream Mapping
• Kaizen
• Daily Management
• Problem Solving
• 5s
• Standard Work
• Kanban
• SMED
• TPM

The person in this role will be expected to lead by example, teach through doing, and help build confidence and capability across the organization.

~50% Travel. Preferred location: GEV site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 7 or more years of experience leading or supporting improvements in manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with core tools, especially Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Standard Work, Daily Management, 5s, Problem Solving, Kanban, SMED, and TPM in complex environments.
• Experience delivering training, coaching teams, or facilitating workshops.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work across functions and drive change at scale.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.

• OMLP / OMDP / OFLP graduate.
