Role Description

This role involves managing warranty claims for Kia dealerships, focusing on warranty administration.

Demonstrate excellent customer service through accurate claims processing
Identify training opportunities within the dealerships
Maintain professionalism and integrity
This is a full-time opportunity; part-time work is not offered
Positions require a non-compete agreement

Qualifications

Previously held position as a Warranty Admin in a franchised Automotive Dealer
Ability to motivate others to achieve their highest potential, particularly those within the dealership
Good working knowledge of DMS software
Knowledge of automotive dealership service departments
Knowledge of warranty accounting processes
Proficient at reading technician stories and applying appropriate labor codes
Certified or trained in at least 1 manufacturer

Requirements

Review claims for manufacturer's compliance with policy and procedures
Utilize proprietary CARS application to assist in resolution of dealer compliance issues
Book claims
Close claims
Submit claims for payment
Account for and clear differences in payment
Maintain clean warranty receivable schedules regularly to ensure proper cash flow to dealer clients
Maintain appropriate certifications and knowledge of updated policies and procedures
Help dealerships stay compliant with manufacturer’s policy
