Role Description

The Material Construction Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all construction-related material activities for Custom Network projects. This role ensures that Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements are accurately tracked, ordered, delivered, and available to support field construction activities and site readiness milestones. The coordinator works closely with construction managers, engineering teams, vendors, warehouses, and construction partners to ensure material availability does not impact project schedules.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all construction-related material activities for network projects.
• Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements are accurately tracked, ordered, and delivered.
• Safeguard site readiness milestones by ensuring materials are available to support field construction.
• Partner closely with construction managers, engineering teams, vendors, warehouses, and construction partners.
• Proactively mitigate risks to ensure material availability does not impact project timelines.
• Utilize Excel and tracking systems to manage logistics data and project reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience overseeing materials within a construction or engineering environment.
• Strong tracking, delivery management, and supply chain coordination skills.
• Direct experience interpreting and managing complex Bills of Materials.
• Technical understanding or background in telecom network deployments.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel reporting skills; experience with One Vision or similar data management tools is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Hours: Standard work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with Pacific Time preferred.
• Overtime: Overtime is not expected, though occasional off-hours support may be required.
• Travel: Minimal travel required, generally less than 10%.
• On-Call: No regular on-call, weekend, or shift differential requirements.
