Role Description

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented intern with great analytical skills to join our Americas Sales Operations team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, analytics, and process improvement.

Assist in the analysis and documentation of current sales operations processes.
Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
Participate in the development of sales ops metrics and performance dashboards.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Proactive and eager to learn.
Advanced Excel necessary.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake and/or other analytics tools a plus.
