[Hiring] Implementation Consultant @Dedalus

Role Description

Join our Team as a Consultora de Implantação at Grupo Dedalus, a leading global health technology company, in our Delivery area, working with a multinational team to make a profound impact on providing better care for a healthier planet.

In this opportunity, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the client's care team;
• Interacting with Project Managers and/or Product Managers, or with the reference Development team for deployment;
• Providing customer support, either on-site or remotely;
• Monitoring the functioning of procedures;
• Visiting the client for the installation of Dedalus tools;
• Configuring tools according to client requests and production specifications;
• Training the client's care and administrative team;
• Managing the integration of existing applications;
• Conducting functional tests;
• Participating in level I and II help desk activities, including on-call duty;
• Documenting the activities performed, among others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Radiology, Computer Science, or related fields;
• Knowledge of workflows in a hospital/clinical environment;
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience with clients in a complex software environment (healthcare);
• Knowledge of Oracle databases is a plus;
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Strong teamwork skills;
• Experience working in a disciplined ITIL environment;
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus;
• Knowledge of Health Information Systems projects is considered a plus;
• Intermediate English level; advanced or fluent level is a plus.
