[Hiring] Level 2 Helpdesk Technician @Rekall Technologies

Role Description

We are an MSP based in New Jersey looking to fill a Level 2 Help Desk support position. This position will be Remote Work From Home, during the EST Hours of 9am-5pm.

• The candidate should have experience working at an MSP under the pace of an MSP.
• Candidate will need to have experience managing their support ticket queue and working within a helpdesk.
• The candidate will work on support tickets and be a part of projects with senior technicians if they choose to expand their knowledge.

Qualifications

• Apple & Android Support
• Understanding of network security
• Experience with firewalls
• Server support experience
• Office 365 / Hosted Exchange
• Full DNS, IP, Network understanding
• Active Directory adding, copying & removing users
• Experience supporting end users on the phone and face to face
• Advanced Desktop support (Hardware, Software)
• Operating System Support
• Outlook, Microsoft Office Troubleshooting

Requirements

• Network + Certified
• A+ Certified
