[Hiring] Identity Practice Manager @SHI International Corp.

Role Description

• Lead and manage the Identity consulting team, including resource allocation, performance management, and professional development.
• Oversee delivery of Identity engagements, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Identity and access management strategies.
• Establish delivery standards, methodologies, accelerators, and best practices across all Identity service offerings.
• Drive practice growth through pre-sales support, proposal development, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Identity offerings with organizational goals and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
• Hands-on delivery leadership experience with enterprise identity platforms: 10+ years in Identity technologies, with at least 5 years in a practice management, delivery management, or comparable role.
• Broad knowledge of Identity security domains, including IAM, PAM, authentication, federation, directory services, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and cloud identity.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent. Additionally, the ideal candidate will hold certifications with CyberArk, Okta, or CrowdStrike.

Requirements

• Expertise in leveraging cloud-based platforms and services to build, deploy, and manage applications and data on the internet.
• Ability to maintain, manage, and optimize a variety of data communication networks and systems to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.
• Proficiency in working with and understanding security solutions from leading vendors such as Okta, Crowdstrike, Palo Alto, Proofpoint, CyberArk, SailPoint, Fastly, FireEye, and Fortinet.
• Ability to define, design, build, and maintain robust systems and solutions by leveraging systems and infrastructure effectively.
• Ability to oversee and direct projects to completion, ensuring goals are met, resources are utilized efficiently, and stakeholders are satisfied.
• Ability to examine, clean, transform, and model data to discover useful information, draw conclusions, and support decision-making.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for partner or customer events as required.

Benefits

• Estimated annual pay range for this position is $225,000 - $300,000, which includes a base salary and bonus.
• Compensation is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
