Role Description

We are seeking a senior, hands-on Solution Architect with deep experience in identity graphs, identity resolution, and advertising technology. This individual will lead the architecture and delivery of solutions that use identity data to support advertising, audience activation, and customer marketing use cases. This is an individual-contributor role requiring specialized domain expertise and strong hands-on solution-design capabilities. It is not a general enterprise architecture, program-management, or Adobe-specialist position.

• Lead the architecture and evolution of the organization's private identity graph.
• Design solutions using identity-spine/reference data from providers such as LiveRamp, Acxiom, or comparable identity-data providers, along with identity capabilities within major advertising ecosystems such as Google and Meta.
• Define how identity data is acquired, resolved, matched, organized, governed, and activated.
• Architect identity-enabled solutions for advertising, audience targeting, personalization, measurement, and marketing activation.
• Integrate identity-graph capabilities with advertising and marketing platforms across the organization.
• Design solutions spanning paid media and owned marketing channels, including email, SMS, and other customer communications.
• Work with business, marketing, data, privacy, security, and technology stakeholders to translate use cases into scalable solution architectures.
• Evaluate platform capabilities, identify integration requirements, and recommend appropriate architecture patterns.
• Produce architecture designs, data flows, integration patterns, decision records, and implementation guidance.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout solution design and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with internal platform and marketing-technology specialists.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience designing or implementing identity graphs, identity-resolution solutions, or identity-spine integrations.
• Demonstrated understanding of the difference between a commercial identity spine and an organization-specific private identity graph.
• Experience working with external identity-data/spine providers such as LiveRamp, Acxiom, or comparable providers, and/or identity capabilities within major advertising ecosystems such as Google and Meta.
• Strong background in advertising technology, digital media, audience targeting, or marketing technology.
• Experience using identity data to support advertising and marketing activation use cases.
• Proven ability to architect integrated solutions involving identity data, advertising platforms, marketing platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Strong solution-architecture skills, including data architecture, integration architecture, APIs, data flows, privacy, security, and governance.
• Ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor and independently drive complex architecture initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

Requirements

• Experience with or working familiarity across several of the following platforms:
• Google Marketing Platform and the broader Google advertising ecosystem
• Meta advertising and identity capabilities
• LiveRamp, Acxiom, or similar identity-data providers
• Adobe Experience Cloud or related Adobe marketing platforms
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related Salesforce products
• Email, SMS, and other owned-channel marketing platforms
• Customer data platforms, data clean rooms, audience platforms, or identity-resolution technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for a major digital platform, media organization, advertising agency, AdTech company, or MarTech organization.
• Direct experience creating or materially contributing to an enterprise private identity graph.
• Experience activating identity data across paid media and owned marketing channels.
• Familiarity with privacy-conscious identity resolution, consent management, data governance, and responsible data activation.
• Experience leading identity-graph projects from architecture through implementation.
• Knowledge of advertising measurement, audience segmentation, personalization, campaign activation, and attribution.
