Role Description

Immediate need for a talented SRE (Architect V/ Engineer V level). This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote).

• Support efforts to reduce the failover time of applications in AWS.
• Subject Matter Experts in the following areas:
• Architect/Engineer experience
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
• Expertise on multi-regional resiliency implementation
• Core AWS experience:
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code
• Strong experience working with CloudFormation YAML, Terraform
• EC2, ECS, Route53, Load balancers, Lambda, SQS, S3, EFS, RDS, AWS EFS
• Programming:
• Python experience to understand resiliency automation code
• Ability to tweak/modify existing automation code

Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
• Architect/Engineer experience
• Expertise on multi-regional resiliency implementation

Requirements

• Strong experience working with CloudFormation YAML, Terraform
• Core AWS services: EC2, ECS, Route53, Load balancers, Lambda, SQS, S3, EFS, RDS, AWS EFS
• Python experience for automation code
