• The Homeowner Consultant coordinates and administers relocation benefits to transferring employees in accordance with corporate contracts, client policies, and Graebel standard processes.
• They manage all aspects of the home sale process.

Requirements

• Manages transferring employee relocation while maintaining file and data integrity.
• Review, explain, and administer relocation benefits ensuring they are within client policy.
• Manages all aspects of home sale process including reviewing broker market analysis, marketing strategies, providing guaranteed buy-out offers, assisting in third-party contract negotiations, processing equity, and managing the closing process.
• Assists in the negotiations for home purchase in the new location.
• Monitor service delivery of all vendor partners to ensure the best quality vendor.
• Provide information to clients and internal contacts as needed.
• Review, approve, and direct payment of relocation expenses.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

• The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $55,000 to $60,000.
