Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in web production, front-end development, or CMS-based website management, ideally including at least 3 years in front-end website implementation
• Background supporting marketing-focused websites
• Agency or multi-client experience preferred

Requirements

• Strong HTML skills, including semantic structure and clean markup
• Proficiency in CSS, including layout systems, spacing, overrides, and responsive behavior
• Experience working within CMS environments
• Practical knowledge of resizing and optimizing images for the web
• Confidence embedding forms, scripts, and third-party tools
• Ability to configure map tools using coordinate-based inputs
• Independent troubleshooting skills for front-end layout issues
• Strong visual judgment within an existing design system
• Consistent application of spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy
• Attention to readability, layout balance, and brand consistency
• Proactive identification and correction of visual inconsistencies
• Experience managing high-volume production tasks, with the capacity to support 80-110 client websites
• Efficient batching of similar tasks and strong time management skills
• Accurate execution of clear intake instructions and structured written briefs with minimal clarification
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Full English proficiency, including reading fluency and strong written communication skills
• Clear, professional progress updates and task completion reports through email and project management systems

Responsibilities

• Publish articles with accompanying images.
• Resize and optimize images for proper web display.
• Add events, job postings, and projects to existing modules.
• Populate and update business directories, conducting light research when needed.
• Upload board meeting notes and documents.
• Update staff pages and organizational information.
• Delete or edit outdated content.
• Reorganize menus and fix broken links.
• Place logos correctly in headers and footers.
• Add and test custom forms.
• Insert approved embeds, including iframes, scripts, and widgets.
• Configure and update map tools, including extracting and entering accurate coordinates.
• Build new internal pages based on written direction from internal strategists.
• Translate structured briefs into clean, visually organized layouts using existing modules and established design patterns.
• Format text blocks for readability and flow.
• Select, crop, and size images appropriately.
• Ensure responsive behavior across desktop and mobile devices.
• Create entirely new layouts on rare occasions when required.
• Maintain consistent spacing, alignment, visual hierarchy, and typography across modules and sections.
• Ensure logos and graphics display without distortion.
• Maintain consistent link styling and colors.
• Adjust CSS to preserve layout integrity.
• Hide or adjust sections without disrupting the page structure.
• Troubleshoot visual display issues and proactively correct visual imbalances.
