Role Description

This role involves taking full ownership of business systems in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Design, implement, and optimize enterprise systems.
Manage the deployment and administration of Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems.
Oversee the design, customization, and configuration of enterprise systems to meet business requirements.
Drive the ongoing maintenance, upgrade, and scalability of enterprise systems environments.
Lead the development and implementation of the organization’s enterprise architecture strategy.
Oversee the integration of new acquisitions into existing business systems infrastructure.
Lead business systems projects using Scrum methodology.
Manage projects hands-on, transitioning to building and guiding a high-performing team.
Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership regarding business systems strategy.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in business systems management, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Deep expertise in Salesforce and NetSuite, including architecture, implementation, and integration.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
Technical project management mindset, with proven experience leading complex projects.
Hands-on experience applying Scrum/Agile methodologies in business systems or IT project management.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with system security, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant).
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, AWS, Azure).
Experience with ERP and CRM system migrations and upgrades.
