Role Description

As a Grants Specialist at ICON, you will contribute to our accounting and financial operations function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programmes.

What You Will Do:

• Contribute to scientific operations activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.
• Manage the grant application process from start to finish.
• Research and identify grant opportunities that align with our organization's mission and values.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop compelling grant proposals.
• Ensure compliance with grant funding requirements and deadlines.
• Track and report on grant activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Public Administration).
• Previous experience in grant writing, grant management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
