[Hiring] GoHighLevel Automation Specialist @Human Intelligence

Role Description

As our GoHighLevel Automation Specialist, you'll design, build, test, deploy, document, and optimize advanced GoHighLevel solutions across multiple brands, products, and business units.

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, HR, and Executive Leadership.
• Ensure our CRM ecosystem remains scalable, reliable, and continuously improving.
• Actively use AI throughout planning, development, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
• Experience building complex workflows, funnels, CRM systems, and automations.
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines and customer lifecycle automation.
• Experience with websites, landing pages, calendars, forms, and email marketing.
• Strong troubleshooting capability.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Experience using AI for workflow architecture, CRM optimization, funnel planning, technical troubleshooting, QA, documentation, reporting, customer journey optimization, and process improvement.
• Experience with ChatGPT and modern AI productivity tools is expected.

• Monthly Base Compensation: USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on your GoHighLevel expertise, automation capability, AI proficiency, technical execution, and overall alignment with the role.
