[Hiring] General Consumers: Paid Interview on Digital Task Experiences @Terac

Role Description

We are running a paid study on how people navigate everyday digital interfaces and answer survey questions. Your feedback feeds directly into improving the usability and clarity of online task flows. We rely on these insights to build better experiences for general audiences.

You will join a remote session to complete a few simple tasks and answer a set of guided questions. We will ask you to share your screen as you navigate through these examples and describe your thought process out loud. After the tasks, we will have an open discussion where you can share your general thoughts and experiences openly. The entire process is conversational and focuses on your honest reactions.

Qualifications

• Everyday digital users comfortable providing candid feedback.
• Familiar with navigating websites and completing online forms.
• Experience participating in remote video calls.
• Open to students, working professionals, and anyone who regularly uses a computer or smartphone.

Requirements

• Regular user of everyday digital applications or websites.
• Comfortable joining a remote video call and sharing your screen.
• Able to articulate your thoughts clearly while completing tasks.
