[Hiring] Lead Hightouch Migration Developer @Georgia IT

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Hightouch Migration Developer to lead the migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Hightouch CDP. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL, customer data modeling, audience segmentation, and data activation experience, along with the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.

• Lead SFMC-to-Hightouch migration, including journeys, automations, and audience segmentation.
• Design customer data models, identity resolution rules, and Customer 360 profiles.
• Develop complex SQL transformations and audience activation pipelines.
• Integrate Hightouch with Salesforce, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with Databricks/Snowflake teams on data pipelines.
• Troubleshoot data quality and integration issues.
• Ensure HIPAA, GDPR, PII, and data governance compliance.
• Lead testing, cutover, and post-migration support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CDP, Marketing Technology, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Hightouch, Reverse ETL, or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL and customer segmentation expertise.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Data Extensions, Contact Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio).
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, identity resolution, and customer data modeling.
• Understanding of marketing analytics, privacy, and data governance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
