Role Description

The role involves various administrative and clerical responsibilities, including:

• Gathering, compiling, and verifying information while performing data entry.
• Following clearly detailed procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a prescribed or varied sequence.
• Performing data entry, filing, and operating basic office equipment such as photocopiers, facsimile, multi-line phone/voicemail systems, and computer programs.
• Assisting in a variety of administrative matters including verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Compiling information, handling scheduling, and adjusting complaints.
• Selecting from alternative methods and referring problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, or procedures.
• Utilizing experience and knowledge to determine the clerical steps to be used depending on the task.
• Performing a variety of clerical duties, such as sorting and filing correspondence, invoices, receipts, or other records.
• Collecting information for specified report formats.
• Maintaining files, posting records, and compiling statistical data.
• Preparing and sorting mail.
• Proofreading documents, completing forms, and checking for accuracy.
• Answering telephones and performing simple typing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in an administrative, clerical, or operations role.

Requirements

• Adept at learning new technologies to perform data entry, manage calendars, and create reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Benefits

• Pay Range: $16.30hr - $21.30hr
