Role Description

Sunrise & Volt Technologies are hiring for entry level consulting positions within our Fast Tracks Program, a development program designed to kickstart your career. Consultants can live anywhere in the continental USA and will travel to the client as necessary.

Core Responsibilities

• Help clients upgrade from outdated systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 through:
• Business Process Evaluation: Shadow clients to assess core processes in areas such as:
  • Warehouse Management
  • Procurement & Sourcing
  • Production Control
  • Retail
  • Master Planning
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Forecasting
  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Customer Service
• System Configuration: Set up D365 based on best practices.
• Data Migration: Transfer client data from old systems to D365.
• AI Adoption and Utilization: Where able, infuse AI solutions into system design.
• Go-Live Preparation: Facilitate mock go-lives to prepare clients for system implementation.
• Customer Training: Provide hands-on guidance to customers, enabling them to utilize D365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (GPA of 3.25+)
• Preferred minor or coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar technical disciplines.
• Relevant experience in business systems, analytics, procurement, accounting etc. (internships count)
• Exposure to data visualizations tools, AI, or low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Excel scripting, etc.).
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to lead client-facing discussions.
