Role Description

Satori Craft seeks a HR Implementation Specialist with Darwinbox experience to deliver fast, flawless HRMS implementations for enterprise clients across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. This fully remote role focuses on supporting end-to-end Darwinbox projects, including:

• Delivering end-to-end implementation of the product with the client, starting from business process mapping to user acceptance testing and taking the customer live with Darwinbox within a defined timeline.
• Analyzing business requirements and designing solutions covering various functional scenarios, and preparing presentations for client demos.
• Preparing blueprint documents and functional specifications during the business process mapping stage, and assisting with the complete solution for client-specific use cases.
• Coordinating with the development team and superiors to define any change requests from the client and solutions for client-specific use cases.
• Planning and leading meetings and working sessions effectively with both client and product development teams.
• Providing key user training and supporting customers to ensure sign-off at each milestone as per the project plan.
• Guiding the client through the change management process and managing both internal and external expectations.
• Providing support to the client throughout the implementation and post go-live support phase (before handing over to the Customer Success team).
• Mapping benefits delivered through the implementation of Darwinbox HRMS.
• Preparing documentation to hand over the account to the Customer Success team.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years in HRMS implementation, preferably Darwinbox or similar (e.g., HCM transformation).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; agile, analytical mindset.
• Key behavioral traits: Agility, Analytical, Persistence, and Ability to stretch.
