Role Description

Immediate need for a talented Fraud Specialist/Fraud Operations Specialist I. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and manage fraudulent activities through in-depth analysis.
• Conduct customer authentication and ensure compliance with fraud policies.
• Analyze relevant data to confirm or clear fraud and validate customer identity.
• Handle inbound calls and provide guidance to customers affected by fraud.
• Participate in the establishment and implementation of policies to deter fraudulent usage.
• Identify fraud trends and recommend solutions for team projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in fraud operations, customer service, or a call center environment.
• Strong skills in Fraud Investigation, Customer Authentication, Identity Verification, Fraud Prevention, Dispute Resolution, Inbound Calls, Multi-System Navigation, Documentation, Communication, and Customer Service.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent spoken English and good telephone etiquette.
• Typing skills and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Background in banking fraud, debit/credit card disputes, telecom fraud, identity verification, or account security.

Requirements

• Pay Range: $20/hr - $21/hour.
