Role Description

At Employbridge, we're looking for an entrepreneurial recruiter who wants more than just filling jobs. This is a true 360 recruiting opportunity where you'll build client relationships, develop new business, recruit top Accounting & Finance talent, and directly impact your earnings through an uncapped incentive plan. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a metrics-driven agency environment, understands direct-hire recruiting, and enjoys both business development and recruiting.

What You'll Do

• Manage a full desk across the Accounting & Finance market.

Recruiting Responsibilities

• Recruit Accounting & Finance professionals including:
• Staff Accountants
• Senior Accountants
• Accounting Managers
• Controllers
• Financial Analysts
• FP&A Professionals
• Directors of Finance
• CFOs
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Manage the interview and offer process.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Business Development Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships through proactive outreach.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and marketing activities.
• Conduct client intake calls and hiring strategy discussions.
• Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers and hiring managers.
• Grow and manage your own book of business.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and expand client relationships.

Revenue & Production Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve recruiting and business development KPIs.
• Manage activity metrics and pipeline health.
• Generate direct-hire placement revenue.
• Drive desk growth through both recruiting success and client acquisition.

Qualifications

• Agency staffing or recruiting experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Business development or client-facing experience.
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.

Requirements

• Accounting & Finance recruiting experience (preferred).
• Direct-hire recruiting experience (preferred).
• Full-desk or 360 recruiting experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated revenue or billing production (preferred).
• Experience developing new client relationships (preferred).
