Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leaders within our Customer Experience organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing schedules for senior leadership
• Coordinating meetings
• Travel coordination
• Handling communications
• Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of communication strategies

This role demands professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role
• Experience managing multiple calendars and expense report processing
• Experience providing onsite and offsite event support
• Experience maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications

• Proficient in both verbal and written communication, adept at conveying ideas effectively
• Develop and maintain a strong partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams

• Project management skills with the ability to pivot based on business needs
• Provide support for event planning and expense processing for operational efficiency
• Develop, motivate, and inspire individuals to achieve their best work
• Collaborate effectively in an innovative environment, embracing feedback for personal growth

Benefits

• Base pay range: $58,700 to $83,700 USD
• Eligibility for performance-based bonus plan
• Restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation
