Role Description

Support the successful delivery of HLTH Community events by identifying, engaging and confirming relevant attendees. The role will support a range of event formats, including dinners, roundtables and virtual events. Recruitment plans will be tailored to each event’s audience, topic and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Turn each event brief into a practical recruitment plan, confirming the target audience, profile and priorities with the event lead.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists, verifying current roles, organisations and contact details.
• Work across HLTH teams and use relevant internal and external sources to build the strongest possible prospect pool.
• Conduct personalised outreach by phone, email and professional networks, explaining the event and its relevance clearly.
• Follow up consistently, manage responses and waitlists, and secure attendee confirmations through to the event.
• Keep recruitment trackers and CRM records accurate, including outreach activity, attendee status, next steps and progress against targets.
• Coordinate with event teams on audience mix, capacity, special requirements and attendee communications.
• Adapt recruitment activity to suit different event formats, audiences and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, outbound sales, customer service, events or another relationship-focused role; two or more years’ experience preferred.
• Confident and professional when contacting senior business leaders, including people who are new to HLTH.
• Clear, personable written and verbal communication, with persistence and good judgment in follow-up.
• Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM systems, email and online research tools, and quick to learn new systems.
• Self-directed, adaptable and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership for recruitment outcomes.

Additional Information

• Occasional travel to events may be required.
