[Hiring] ERP Integration Manager @WD-40 COMPANY

Role Description

This position does not offer sponsorship. You'll be one of the people responsible for evolving how WD-40's core technology environment actually works — the connections between our ERP and everything plugged into it — deliberately, with a real roadmap, not a patchwork of quick fixes.

• Lead the architecture connecting our ERP to every system plugged into it — EDI, iPaaS, custom integrations, ISVs — across a company still expanding its D365 footprint.
• Lead a ~12–18 month project to evaluate, select, and modernize the EDI and integration technology our business runs on.
• Lead a technical architect and a team of EDI/integration specialists split across the UK and US.
• Be the person who can sit across from a solutions architect, understand exactly what they're trying to build, and provide real technical grounding on what it'll take to build it right.
• Be the thread tying together how WD-40's systems work across every region.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fluency with iPaaS platforms and where that technology is headed.
• A working understanding of integrations and EDI.
• A track record of building a roadmap and actually finishing it.
• A leadership style that builds people up.
• Epicor Kinetic experience is a plus.
