Role Description

We are seeking an experienced XML Integration Specialist to manage and optimize the integration of incoming customer purchase orders from Ariba to SAP. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of XML, Ariba Network, and SAP systems, and will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

• Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement XML integrations between Ariba and SAP to streamline the processing of incoming customer purchase orders.
• Data Mapping and Transformation: Perform data mapping and transformation tasks to ensure data consistency and accuracy between systems.
• System Configuration: Configure and customize SAP and Ariba systems to support integration requirements.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of integration processes to ensure functionality and performance meet business requirements.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, procurement, and finance to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful integration projects.
