Role Description
The TSMO Professional Services Integration Architect works across people, processes and technology, strengthening the Professional Services capability by translating service delivery needs into common standards, integration approaches, enablement structures and reusable practices that support consistent execution across regions. The role collaborates across Professional Services, Technical Towers, RUN and other key stakeholders to continuously evolve and improve these capabilities.

Define and evolve common standards, approaches and reusable capabilities across TSMO Professional Services to support consistent execution across regions.

Drive standardization and continuous improvement by transforming operational experience, recurring challenges and lessons learned into scalable improvements.

Identify opportunities for integration, automation and process optimization to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and simplify ways of working.

Translate business, operational and transition needs into clear functional requirements and solution concepts, working together with the PS Integration Specialist and relevant technical teams.

Strengthen cross-functional integration and collaboration between PS TSMs, PS TKMs, Technical Towers, RUN teams and other key stakeholders.

Define and improve common approaches supporting transition engagement, service readiness and operational handover.

Support the consistent application of ITSM practices across Professional Services by defining common ways of working, operational guidance and standard and tower-specific training needs.

Drive improved reporting, visibility and capacity insights to support better planning and decision-making within Professional Services.

Promote the reuse of successful solutions and practices across North America, APAC and EMEA, reducing duplication and increasing scalability.

Support the continuous evolution of TSMO Professional Services capabilities, ensuring that new requirements and operational experience contribute to stronger and more effective ways of working.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, combined with relevant professional experience in IT Service Management, Managed Services, Transition & Transformation, or Service Integration.

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Technical Service Management, Transition & Transformation, Service Integration, Professional Services, or comparable roles involving cross-functional service ownership and coordination.

Proven experience leading or coordinating service transitions, transformations, service integration, or operational readiness activities in complex enterprise environments.
-
Strong experience with ITSM processes, service management practices, governance frameworks, and operating models, beyond individual process execution.

Proven experience working across multiple Technical Towers and coordinating dependencies, responsibilities, deliverables, and stakeholders across service areas.

Experience in standardization, service integration, process improvement, transformation, or automation initiatives.

Experience collaborating across Professional Services, Technical Towers, Presales, RUN/Operations teams, and other key business and technical stakeholders.

Experience working in complex, multi-service, multi-stakeholder, and global or cross-regional environments.
Requirements

Proficient Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) β Understanding of ITSM principles, processes and operating models, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management.

Proficient Knowledge of Requirements Analysis & Solution Design β Ability to gather and analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into scalable solution concepts, functional designs and implementation requirements.

Good Knowledge of ServiceNow & Digital Enablement β Understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, workflows, service catalogue, applications and platform configuration, with the ability to identify solutions that improve service delivery and user experience.

Good Knowledge of Service Integration & Automation β Ability to understand how services, processes, technologies and organizational functions interact and identify opportunities for integration and automation.

Proficient Knowledge of Transition & Transformation β Understanding of transition activities, solution readiness, testing, go-live, adoption and operational handover into RUN.

Good Knowledge of Service Catalogue, Workflow & ITSM Enablement β Ability to support service catalogue, request model and workflow design, and define effective ITSM enablement approaches.

Good Knowledge of Continuous Improvement & Reporting β Ability to identify improvement opportunities and define reusable solutions, KPIs and reporting requirements.

Working Knowledge of Presales & Solution Consulting β Experience supporting discovery, workshops and solution definition activities, translating business needs into appropriate service and technology solutions.

Desired Qualifications

ITIL Foundation v4 certification or higher, or equivalent IT Service Management certification.

Certifications or formal training in IT Service Management, service integration, process improvement or enterprise ITSM platforms are considered an advantage.

Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, Power Platform, or equivalent technologies.

Certifications or practical experience related to enterprise integration and automation platforms, such as Boomi or equivalent technologies.

Experience working within global Managed Service Provider (MSP) organizations and complex enterprise environments.

Experience with reporting and analytics platforms, such as Power BI, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, or equivalent solutions.

Additional certifications related to Cloud, Service Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Automation or Enterprise Architecture are considered an advantage.
