[Hiring] Epic Certified Cheers Analyst @Divurgent

Role Description

We are seeking two experienced Epic Cheers Certified Analysts with hands-on Call Management implementation experience to support a major Epic implementation. These consultants will serve as the primary build analysts for the Cheers Call Management application while mentoring members of the client’s Cadence team throughout the implementation.

• Serve as the primary build analyst for Epic Cheers Call Management
• Design, configure, build, test, and optimize the Cheers application to support call center operations and patient access workflows
• Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and implement Epic best practices
• Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to Cadence team members, helping develop internal application expertise
• Support integrated testing, issue resolution, and implementation readiness activities
• Develop and maintain application documentation and build specifications

Qualifications

• Current Epic Cheers certification required
• Demonstrated experience implementing and building Epic Call Management functionality within Cheers
• Experience serving as a lead or primary analyst on one or more Epic Cheers implementations
• Strong understanding of patient access, scheduling, and call center workflows
• Experience mentoring analysts or client application teams
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills

Requirements

• Epic Cadence certification or significant Cadence implementation experience (preferred)
• Multiple Epic implementation or optimization engagements (preferred)
• Experience supporting integrated testing, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization (preferred)
