Role Description

We are looking for results-oriented, driven individuals with a thirst for problem solving. Under the Section Manager's supervision, this position manages unit operations, including staff supervision, training, and performance monitoring. The role ensures work products are technically sound, accurate, and compliant with all State and Federal regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing technical reports and legal documents
• Participating in decision-making and problem resolution
• Championing continuous improvement
• Developing policies
• Managing high-profile projects

This position is available for remote work on a full-time basis within Arizona (including virtual office arrangements).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in the field of environmental science, environmental management, environmental or chemical engineering, biology, hydrology, or other environmental discipline
• 5-10 years of environmental experience in a regulatory agency, consulting, or private industry
• 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience

• Driver’s License Requirements (if applicable)
