Role Description

We're building the first new healthcare clearinghouse in decades. Stedi is the world's only programmable healthcare clearinghouse, offering modern API interfaces alongside traditional real-time and batch EDI processes.

We’re looking for an individual to define, support, and execute Stedi’s transaction enrollment operation end-to-end:

• Systems, automations, communications, and payer interactions to produce a seamless enrollment experience.
• This is a hands-on individual contributor role.
• You will build automations, run data analysis, and collaborate with product and engineering.
• Work directly with customers, internal operations teams, engineering, product, payers, and intermediaries.

Qualifications

• Experience building operational processes and programs.
• Exceptional at managing multiple open threads simultaneously.
• Hyper-responsive, organized, and thorough.
• Technical background with a love for building automations and workflows.
• Experience in client-facing roles, ideally within consulting, support, implementation, onboarding, or program management.
• Resourceful, self-motivating, and self-disciplined.
• Able to match the organization's pace and respond with urgency.

Requirements

• Contribute and scale the day-to-day operation of Stedi’s transaction enrollment program.
• Establish and continuously improve Stedi’s enrollment playbook across thousands of payers.
• Interface with customers, intermediary clearinghouses, and payers daily.
• Create and grow a content management system of payer-specific enrollment steps.
• Collaborate with product to define and ship requirements to improve the enrollments product.
• Measure the performance of your system and drive metrics to new levels.
• Troubleshoot enrollment issues and manage customer-related escalations.
