Role Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented Ecommerce & AI Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of an online business. The ideal candidate is comfortable working hands-on with e-commerce platforms, exploring AI tools, and finding smarter, more efficient ways to complete tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys technology, understands online business operations, and can take initiative while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist with the daily management and maintenance of e-commerce platforms.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and support business operations.
• Assist with product listings, product descriptions, pricing updates, and website content.
• Research products, market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Use AI to help generate and improve product descriptions, marketing content, and other business materials.
• Monitor product information, inventory updates, and order-related information.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with website updates, data entry, reporting, and general e-commerce administration.
• Troubleshoot basic platform issues and follow through on tasks until completion.
• Work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate progress effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, or similar systems.
• Practical experience using AI tools, particularly ChatGPT, for business or administrative tasks.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to research information, analyse details, and solve problems independently.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce, or other online selling platforms.
• Familiarity with AI automation tools and workflow automation.
• Experience with product research, SEO, keyword research, and product listing optimisation.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, online merchandising, or e-commerce analytics.
• Experience using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and business productivity software.
