Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Services Coordinator to support workforce management, order processing, and fulfillment operations across multiple client programs. This role is responsible for:

• Coordinating workforce schedules and supporting field operations across multiple client programs.
• Reviewing, editing, approving, and submitting employee timesheets on a daily basis.
• Creating, processing, and distributing order files using Microsoft Excel and company systems.
• Managing SFTP file transfers and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of files.
• Submitting, monitoring, and tracking print (spooling) jobs to support production and fulfillment requirements.
• Generating, analyzing, and distributing weekly conversion reports and operational metrics.
• Investigating and resolving data discrepancies while maintaining system accuracy and data integrity.
• Collaborating with leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to support operational goals.
• Communicating operational updates, announcements, and process changes through established internal channels.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to workforce operations, reporting, and fulfillment activities.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, workforce coordination, distribution services, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with timesheet management, reporting, data entry, and data validation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Experience with order processing, fulfillment, distribution, or print production operations.
• Familiarity with SFTP file transfers and shared file management systems.
• Experience working with remote teams and client-facing operations.
• Knowledge of workforce management or scheduling systems.
