[Hiring] Dispatcher Resource Associate @Aecon

Role Description

Reporting to the Deployment Manager, the Dispatcher Resource Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks for workforce planning. This position involves working independently and as part of a team, exercising judgment, initiative and multi-tasking skills.

What You'll Do Here:

• Afternoon (17:00 - 22:30), weekend (08:00 - 22:30) and statutory holidays (08:00 - 22:30) dispatch coordination
• Coordinate, update and maintain technician schedules.
• Participate in technician induction procedures.
• Provide clerical and administrative support with speed and accuracy.
• Learn, interpret and apply organizational policies, rules and regulations.
• Maintain and organize document files.
• Assist other staff with office tasks as required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Work from home.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to solve problems and work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience in administration and dispatch is an asset.
• Good telephone etiquette and dispatch experience are assets.

• The expected pay range for this role is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.
