Role Description

Responsible for coordinating and scheduling personnel, vehicles, and equipment to ensure timely and efficient operations. This role monitors incoming requests, assigns tasks to field staff, tracks progress, and communicates updates to both customers and internal teams. Dispatchers play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, responding to issues in real time, and ensuring safety and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or customer service
• Proficiency with Service Titan, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

• Receives service requests and schedules field staff accordingly
• Schedules inspections with Install Companies
• Assigns routes and adjusts schedules based on priority and availability
• Monitors vehicle locations and service progress in real time
• Reviews jobs from previous day and reschedules jobs that are not completed or require a go back
• Maintains constant communication with field staff via phone or Service Titan
• Provides updates, directions, and support as needed
• Relays customer concerns or service changes promptly
• Maintains accurate logs of calls, routes, and service details
• Prepares daily activity reports and updates dispatch systems
• Ensures documentation complies with company policies and regulations
• Responds quickly to emergencies, delays, or service disruptions
• Re-routes drivers when necessary to maintain efficiency
• Resolves scheduling conflicts and customer complaints professionally
• Answers incoming calls and provides accurate information
• Confirms service appointments and delivery times
• Maintains a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
