Role Description

The Director, Construction Risk and Audit is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the enterprise-wide risk management, audit, governance, and assurance programs across the Global Infrastructure Development (GID) organization. The position serves as the primary liaison between Global Infrastructure Development, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Cost Management, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent education and/or relevant experience. MBA is a plus.

Requirements

• 10 years’ experience with emphasis on construction project controls, risk management, governance, audit, compliance. Data Center construction project experience preferred.
• Must possess a clear understanding of the full construction life cycle and be able to apply concepts to data center construction.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to clearly set and lead meetings to develop strong systems.
• Proficient with computers to include the utilization of Microsoft Office programs with very strong capabilities in Excel.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Benefits

• Base salary for this position is: $192,900 - $258,000.
• All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
