Role Description

Responsible for managing the organization’s technology operations, infrastructure and development teams. Oversee both the software development team responsible for product development and the IT team responsible for infrastructure, systems, and user support. Responsible for promoting a culture of technology-driven innovation and problem solving across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and scaling technology teams in a growth-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, IT infrastructure management, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Stay current on IT trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance technological capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including experience managing both software development and IT infrastructure teams.
• Prior experience working in a regulated environment.
• Typically, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
