[Hiring] Director of Revenue Operations @Neara

Role Description

Neara is looking for an AI-native Global Revenue Operations leader to own strategy and execution across our global GTM operating system. You will connect account planning, regional pod operating rhythms, upstream campaigns, incentives, pricing and contracting, AI-enabled technology and execution into one coherent system that removes friction between the global GTM team and revenue goals.

This is a hands-on builder-operator role where you will own the processes, systems, and analytics that leadership depends on to understand what is working and what is not, and what must be done next. As such, you will not wait for leadership to ask for a report or reconcile conflicting data, and instead you will proactively surface insights and their implications and recommend what should happen next.

• Strong track record of creatively measuring the impact of difficult-to-measure initiatives.
• Ability to ensure adoption of technically correct processes through thoughtful planning.
• Comfortable in both executive-level synthesis and detailed data analysis.
• Energy and passion for solving complex GTM problems and building scalable systems.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in a highly visible Revenue Operations role in a high-growth global company.
• Successful track record of designing AI workflows that drive outcomes.
• Experience with change management processes and establishing accountability.
• Anticipation of leadership needs with prepared answers and next best actions.
• Deep experience with CRM architecture, pipeline forecasting, and GTM performance management.
• Execution-oriented with a focus on driving initiatives from the ground up.

What You Will Do

• Own a cohesive, multi-layered GTM measurement strategy.
• Be a steward of the metrics-forward culture globally.
• Produce actionable reporting for leadership and various teams.
• Build and manage standardized account planning processes.
• Partner with Sales leadership to implement commission plans and incentive programs.
• Lead core operating cadences, including regional pipeline calls and GTM scorecard reviews.
• Own territory planning and commission plan strategy.
• Evaluate and optimize GTM tech stack (currently Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Gong).
• Own the full stack of GTM AI capabilities and ensure adoption and outcomes.
