[Hiring] Director of Business Operations and Systems @Hyperproof

Role Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Director of Business Operations and Systems. In this role, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our revenue and business systems ecosystem - spanning Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, and Deal Desk. Reporting to the SVP - Operations, you will act as a strategic systems architect, RevOps partner, and team lead managing 2 direct reports. You will bridge high-level strategy and hands-on execution:

• Architecting system flows
• Managing Nue CPQ
• Driving forecasting and pipeline reporting
• Leading day-to-day systems operations while mentoring your team

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems within a B2B SaaS environment
• 3+ years of team lead or managerial experience guiding direct reports
• Deep Salesforce Expertise: Advanced experience with Salesforce strategy, architecture, complex Flows, and system integration patterns
• Hands-on CPQ Experience: Direct administration experience with CPQ platforms (Nue CPQ preferred)
• Post-Sales Tooling Knowledge: Hands-on experience administering Customer Success platforms (Planhat, Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar)
• SaaS Revenue Metrics: Strong understanding of B2B SaaS financial models
• Data & Analytics Rigor: Expert-level capability in reporting, dashboard creation, data modeling, and financial system reconciliations
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent practical experience

Requirements

• Trusted operational partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success leaders for process optimization
• Skilled in building and maintaining revenue metrics, renewal forecasting, NRR/GRR tracking, and churn analysis
• Experienced in mapping pre- and post-sale customer journeys, handoffs, and operational playbooks
• Hands-on architect and administrator for Salesforce and Nue CPQ
• Expert in designing scalable data flows across interconnected GTM tools
• Skilled in creating technical documentation, field libraries, change logs, and data quality standards
• Proven ability to lead a small team—managing sprint intake, setting clear priorities, conducting flow/code reviews
• Experienced in leading complex system implementations from requirements gathering through deployment
• Skilled in leveraging modern AI and automation tools to streamline workflows
