[Hiring] Director of Anti-Trafficking @One More Child

Role Description

As part of the Anti-Trafficking team at One More Child, the Director of Anti-Trafficking Mobile Teams will be a community liaison, provide direct oversight for the One More Child Anti-Trafficking mobile team Florida coordinators as well as indirect oversight to the other mobile team staff members in Florida. The Director will also ensure that trauma-competent programs, trainings, presentations, and services are implemented.

• Provide direct oversight to the Florida mobile team coordinators.
• Assist the Executive Director of Anti-Trafficking in obtaining and maintaining contracts/funding sources for the mobile teams in Florida.
• Assure all mobile team programs in assigned area consistently operate at maximum capacity.
• Develop program objectives and specific goals for assigned service area.
• Assure the delivery of quality, Christian services in all programs, directly and by delegation.
• Assure financial and client databases are maintained accurately.
• Assure all mobile team programs operate in accordance with OMC, COA contract, and VOCA standards.
• Be responsible, directly or by delegation, for the hiring, employment, supervision, training, evaluation and discharge of all personnel within the program service area, in keeping with agency policies and procedures.
• Work with the Florida mobile team coordinators to develop and oversee an annual operating budget and assume responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of that budget within prescribed fiscal guidelines.
• Work with the Florida mobile team coordinators in maintaining close liaison with state and other government leaders and agencies with regard to licensing, purchase of service contracts, etc.
• Work with the Florida mobile team coordinators to provide supervision for all mobile team employees.
• Ensure a trauma-competent culture of grace, respect, and boundaries is present with mobile teams.
• Work with the Florida mobile team coordinators to help develop and implement trainings and awareness presentations, for both internal and external use.
• Oversee contract deliverables and ensure we are in compliance with contract expectations.
• Work closely with the Florida mobile team coordinators to oversee all reports regarding the mobile team programs, including COA and Quarterly reports.
• Other duties as assigned based on programmatic needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher.
• Experience with supervising direct care providers for sex trafficking victims.
• Experience with community relations within the anti-trafficking field, DCF, and related non-profit entities.

Spiritual Qualifications

• Have had a personal conversion experience with Jesus Christ and been scripturally baptized.
• Possess a sense of commitment to ministry through vocation.
• Hold a sincere desire to seek God and His kingdom.
• Demonstrate personal and devotional habits and practices such as Bible study, prayer, and daily meditation.
• Be a member of a New Testament, evangelical church in the local community and attend regularly.
• Engage in witness activities as a normal part of life.

• The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee must be able to operate a forklift.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
• This job requires the ability to work in stressful conditions from time to time and remain focused for extended periods of time.
• The ability to lift up to 30 pounds (boxes, documents, and/or equipment) may be required on occasion.

Work Environment

Job functions are performed in both normal office environments and in the community. Employees are not exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
