Role Description

As the MTS Director of Training Development, you'll play a critical role in building and delivering comprehensive training programs that empower our technical and operations teams and clients to excel in their roles. You'll design engaging learning experiences that span:

• Technical competencies
• Customer service excellence
• Safety protocols
• Operational best practices and process frameworks

This position focuses on creating scalable, effective training solutions for Work Order Management Systems and facility management operations for our North America teams, with potential future impact globally. Your work will directly impact service delivery quality, employee development, and client satisfaction across our operations.

What your Day-to-Day will Look Like:

• Developing training strategies and maintaining diverse training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and interactive e-learning modules.
• Conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires, existing employees, and clients.
• Continuously assessing training needs across the organization and designing customized programs.
• Staying current with platform updates and new software features.
• Collaborating with internal teams and OEMs to ensure training aligns with system implementations.
• Evaluating training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics.
• Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of FAQs and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, preferably in software, business operations, or technology-related fields.
• Knowledge of Corrigo or similar facility management software.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools including Microsoft Office, Camtasia, Snag-It, Visio, Articulate 360, and e-learning authoring tools.
• Experience with virtual training platforms and learning management systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to travel for on-site training sessions as needed.
• Attention to detail with the ability to tailor training content for different geographies and languages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications).
• Experience in facilities management or related industries.
• Familiarity with JLL operational frameworks and compliance standards.
• Bilingual capabilities to support multilingual training delivery.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time annually.
• All training programs must align with JLL standards and frameworks regarding operations, safety, quality compliance, and technical regulations.
• This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Expected Compensation

111,800.00 – 162,100.00 USD per year. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
