Role Description
This role involves building and executing an IT strategy that aligns with Atlan’s growth while leading a high-performance team.
- Develop and implement automated systems to streamline the entire employee lifecycle, covering hiring, onboarding, role transitions, access management, and off-boarding.
- Manage and optimise cloud, tools, and agency costs.
- Lead IT operations, including a service desk and contact centre, ensuring smooth support for global users.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to address IT needs and challenges.
- Implement tools and automation to improve IT processes and response times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading IT operations and driving IT strategy.
- Prior experience building or scaling the IT function at a SaaS company is a big plus.
- Hands-on knowledge of IT systems, networking, and cloud management.
- Strong team-building and leadership skills.
- Experience managing IT costs and budgets effectively.
- Ability to work in a global, remote environment and collaborate across teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
