Role Description

The Dir, Business Process Consulting is a senior leader within CDK's Consulting organization, responsible for leading a high-performing team of consulting professionals while driving revenue growth, operational performance, customer outcomes, and associate development. This role has significant responsibility for the performance of the Consulting business, including:

• Revenue attainment
• Profitability
• Productivity
• Delivery quality
• Customer satisfaction
• Talent development
• Execution of strategic growth initiatives

The ideal candidate is an experienced consulting leader who combines strong business and financial acumen with exceptional people leadership. This individual will be comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in consulting, professional services, automotive retail, SaaS, technology, or a related industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading managers and geographically dispersed professional teams.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and develop leaders.
• Demonstrated success managing complex customer relationships and executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of consulting and professional-services delivery models.
• Experience partnering with Sales to develop opportunities and grow customer relationships.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive-presence skills.

Requirements

• Automotive retail and/or dealership operations experience.
• Automotive Consulting experience.
• Experience with change management or transformation.
• Experience being a leader of leaders.

Salary Range

$180,000 - $200,000
