Role Description

Reporting to the VP, Business Transformation, we are hiring a Digital Transformation Partner (People & Culture) to help shape and deliver WELL Health’s digital and AI agenda across People & Culture. In this newly created role, you will:

• Work closely with P&C leaders and teams to understand how work gets done today.
• Identify pain points and opportunities.
• Determine where AI, automation, and technology can simplify processes, improve the employee experience, and create measurable value.
• Take opportunities from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Map processes, define requirements, prioritize use cases, and design and build automations, AI agents, and workflows.
• Partner with WELL’s AI, Data, and enterprise technology teams for more complex solutions while owning the business outcome.
• Help P&C build its digital and AI capabilities while creating scalable solutions and approaches that can evolve with the organization.

This is a fully remote role based anywhere in Canada, with a preference for candidates located in Vancouver.

Qualifications

• Experience taking digital transformation, automation, AI, product, or technology-enabled initiatives from an identified business problem through to implementation and adoption.
• Experience building and deploying AI-enabled solutions, automations, agents, or workflows.
• Ability to dig into an ambiguous or inefficient process, ask thoughtful questions, map requirements, and determine where technology can create the greatest value.
• Experience with tools and platforms used to build AI and automation solutions, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed environment where priorities and requirements may evolve.
