[Hiring] Digital Specialist @Radix

Role Description

Radix is seeking a proactive, hands-on professional to support digital solutions and engineering information workflows for industrial facilities. The specialist will help site teams move priorities forward across:

• Reality capture
• Data readiness and ingestion
• Equipment information
• Training
• User adoption

The role also supports coordination and performance visibility for engineering documentation delivery, including P&ID as-built workflows, working closely with technical teams and delivery partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oil & Gas, manufacturing, or other industrial environments.
• Familiarity with P&IDs and engineering documentation.
• Experience in project coordination, technical support, or engineering delivery.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Experience with progress tracking, reporting, and digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and technical workflows.

Requirements

• Serve as a responsive point of contact for site stakeholders, prioritizing requests, managing follow-ups, and resolving delivery issues.
• Support reality capture activities, 3D data organization, point cloud and CAD model ingestion, equipment tagging, and site validation.
• Coordinate digital tool onboarding, training, user adoption, and technical support.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive actions to completion.
• Coordinate activities across P&ID as-built development, field verification, validation, asset information reconciliation, and equipment tagging.
• Facilitate progress reviews and coordinate handoffs across engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, and outstanding actions to support timely execution.
• Maintain progress trackers and dashboards covering reality capture, data ingestion, milestones, and backlogs.
• Monitor document production, work in progress, performance indicators, and delivery forecasts.
• Prepare concise status reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with training schedules and longer-term digital asset information planning.
