[Hiring] Social Media & Content Manager @Monegasque

Role Description

You’ll own social media and content execution across our consumer brands, from research and planning through creation, publishing, community engagement, and performance analysis. This is a hands-on role. You’ll write copy, create social assets, edit short-form videos, and manage the content calendar. You’ll also coordinate with designers and creators when a project needs specialist support.

We want someone who enjoys both the creative work and the responsibility of running a channel. You’ll have room to develop ideas, test new approaches, and shape how our brands show up online.

• You’re comfortable taking an idea from an initial question to a finished piece of content.
• You care about the details, but you also know how to prioritize and keep work moving.
• You welcome feedback and use it to improve the next batch.
• You’re interested in building a lasting understanding of the brands.

Requirements

• Professional experience managing social media and creating content for brands.
• A portfolio showing work you personally created, including short-form video and written social content.
• Strong written English, editing skills, and attention to detail.
• Hands-on proficiency with design and video-editing tools such as Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, or equivalent software.
• A practical understanding of Instagram, TikTok, content analytics, and platform-specific creative formats.
• Ability to manage a content calendar and take work from concept through publishing and review.
• Willingness to learn and use AI tools as part of your daily workflow.
• Reliable internet, a dedicated workspace, and availability for a long-term, full-time role.
• Experience with e-commerce, food and beverage, lifestyle, or wellness brands is a plus.
• Creator partnerships and UGC experience are also valuable.
