[Hiring] Digital Consulting Senior Associate, Oracle Cloud SCM Healthcare @Huron

Role Description

Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on:

• Material client interaction through all projects
• Project management
• Intensive data-analysis and the identification of the “so-what’s” therein
• Creating compelling client-ready presentations
• Developing junior team members

Travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams.

• Own end-to-end solution design of Oracle Cloud Procurement for Hospital/Health System clients.
• Hands-on execution of all phases of an Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle - Design, Configure, Validate, Deploy, Support.
• Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.
• Partner with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
• At least 2 years of related experience with cloud implementations.
• Implementation/configuration experience with the following Oracle Cloud modules: Sourcing, Self-service requisitioning, Purchasing, Supplier Portal & Qualification Management, Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for clients in Hospitals and Health Systems.
• Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams.
• Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision.
• A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams.

Requirements

• The estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $145,000 USD.
• Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $171,100 USD.
• This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
