[Hiring] Dental Billing Team Leader @Vector Outsourcing Solutions Phils. Inc.

Role Description

Oversee the complete cycle of dental billing processes, including:

• Insurance verification
• Claim submission
• Payment posting
• Accounts receivable follow-up

Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment to meet and exceed departmental goals.

Handle complex billing issues and coordinate with insurance companies to resolve disputes and minimize denials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental billing team lead role
• Extensive experience in the full cycle of dental billing processes
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end dental billing processes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift
• Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection
