[Hiring] Data Task: Rental Agreements @Kled AI

Role Description

Kled is building the largest opt-in human data network in the world. This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "Rental Agreements". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.

• Upload a rental or lease agreement, every page.
• Provide a brief description of what it's for.

Steps:

• Complete identity verification.
• Find the rental or lease agreement file, the one you signed.
• Upload it from your Files app, every page in order.
• Mark where the main clauses begin.
• Write one paragraph on what the agreement actually does.

What gets rejected:

• No sample or template agreements.
• Nothing you are contractually barred from sharing.
• Do not copy the agreement's own preamble as your summary.

Accepted:

• One complete rental or lease agreement, every page in order, with clause markers and a written summary.

Pay

$7.50 per accepted agreement. At a typical pace of about 15 minutes per agreement, that is about $30 per hour. One agreement takes about 15 minutes and pays $7.50. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid. Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).

Where and When

Open in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand (36 countries). Remote, on your own schedule. Independent contractor, piecework; this is not an employment position.
