Role Description

As a Consultant, you will help create a taxonomy framework and qualification tests for our applicants.

  • Design and implement a structured classification system tailored to the organization’s needs.
  • Develop competency-based assessments to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and expertise of future applicants.
  • Provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies.
  • Work closely with our methodologist to ensure alignment between taxonomy development and recruitment strategies.
  • Review and refine the taxonomy framework and qualification tests based on feedback and testing outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or PhD in Data Science or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in Data Science or a related field.
  • Advanced level of English (C1) or above.
  • Experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests.
  • Ability to learn new methods and switch between tasks and topics quickly.
  • Willingness to work with challenging, complex guidelines.

  • Fully remote role; requires a laptop, internet connection, time available, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
